Welcome to the Lockport Area Special Education Cooperative (LASEC) website. LASEC is a special education cooperative that serves low incidence special needs students from five school districts in Lockport and Crest Hill. You can see the five school districts on the left side of our home page.

LASEC has been providing exemplary services to children with unique needs since the 1960’s. We offer high quality programs and services that strive to meet the specialized educational requirements of our students. LASEC will continue to work with parents and our districts to serve their needs. Feel free to contact us any time for more information about our organization.

Screenings are by appointment only. Please contact 815-838-8080 X 100 for information on how to register your child.
